I understand that every individual faces their own set of challenges in life and enters therapy with diverse experiences and a unique background. I place great importance on respecting client choice and embracing individual differences. With this appreciation for the unique journey of every individual, I tailor therapeutic strategies to promote growth, resilience, and well-being, helping clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their fullest potential. I aim to empower you to explore your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve your personal goals. In therapy, I prioritize creating a safe environment where clients of all ages feel heard and valued. I foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel confident in making decisions that align with their values and goals. Together, we will navigate the obstacles in your path and work toward building resilience, enhancing your well-being, and creating a life you love to live.
TREATMENT APPROACH
Person-centered, strengths-based approach that focuses on where the clients are at and how they can utilize their strengths to reach their goals. Each person is unique and I value clients making decisions that align with their personal values and aspirations. We will work together to find what works best for you to improve your life.

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A THERAPIST?
I know that each person has their own set of challenges that can get in the way of living life to the fullest. It has been a privilege of mine to sit with friends, family, and others in their lowest times. Listening, validating, and helping others overcome obstacles and develop coping methods has shaped me to be a better, more understanding human. I strongly believe we each have power to change our lives for the better, and that can start with taking care of and finding our true selves. I have experienced the power of therapy from both sides and know that this could be the beginning of a happier, more fulfilling life for you.
WHAT HAS SHAPED YOUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH?
I believe in compassion, listening, and empowering. Each client has the power to make decisions in their own lives to improve and I am here to assist.
WHAT KIND OF HOMEWORK OR ASSIGNMENTS DO YOU GIVE CLIENTS?
I don't necessarily hand out paper assignments, but focus on self-awareness, journaling, and tracking ones progress.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION WITH YOU?
Free yourself of expectations; come ready to be honest and as vulnerable as you can. I will meet you were you are at.
